Shooting Sports
This project takes time and dedication. With safety first always being top priority of this club. Members will learn and address safety in classroom and in the field. They will be taught how to use, clean and respect the equipment that they choose to use.
Outdoor Skills
This project is super fun with wildlife identification, camping skills, outdoor cooking, fishing, bushcraft, safety in seasons, first aid, learning different knots and navigation to name a few.
Wildlife & Fisheries
This project is large and can stem in any direction. Our goal is to help those seeking Hunters education, learning the hunting laws, cost of licenses, outside habitat research and so so much more.
Meat Science
This project is focused on wild game. 4Her’s will learn how to process wild game, parts of the animals, what to look for while processing the animal and finally get some jerky from the final product of the animal. This is a great project.
Photography
Photography in Field and Stream will focus on the working parts of the camera. Lighting, frame layouts, wildlife, dog photos and landscapes. By the time we finish everyone can enter a photography contest and show off their work.
Dog Training
Dog training is so amazing to watch and be a part of. The working parts of a hunting dog and the relationship man and dog is incredible. We will be focused on the outdoor trainings, grooming, and first aid of dogs when in the field hunting.
